Are you a dynamic and experienced Real Estate professional ready to take on a leadership role? We're looking for a Real Estate Director to join a large restaurant group to drive the growth of the real estate portfolio. This key position is responsible for managing and executing the entire real estate development process, from site selection to lease negotiations and asset management.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a growth plan for assigned territories
- Site acquisitions for new locations
- Prepare site packages and present deals
- Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease contracts
- Assist leadership with real estate matters for the current portfolio
