Environment, Health and Safety Manager
A well-established energy operator who is hiring an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across multiple facilities.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced environmental specialist who blends regulatory knowledge with hands-on leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-scope EHS compliance, including OSHA, EPA, and NERC/CIP.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies.
- Lead audits, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with plant operations to drive practical, effective compliance strategies.
- Provide support during outages, emergency situations, and high-impact operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or refinery industries.
- Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, and reporting.
- Experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) is a big plus.
- Skilled communicator who can lead across technical and operations teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.
