If you are an attorney excited by renewable energy with corporate governance, compliance, and contract management experience and a deep understanding of the energy and power sector regulations and are seeking a General Counsel and Corporate Secretary position where you provide legal advice to the CEO, Board, and management team, this is the role for you! You will have the opportunity to ensure compliance with and manage corporate governance (including Board meetings, minutes, and resolutions); maintain corporate records; draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements; lead a small legal team; and identify and assess risks. Qualified candidates have at least 10 years of legal experience (a minimum of 5 in a senior legal role) and reside in Houston, TX or New York, NY.
