Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT support and management roles.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows, macOS, Office 365, and mobile device management.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
