Information Technology Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager, IT, is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that support operational teams. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, selecting appropriate solutions, and overseeing the design and deployment of business-driven applications and tools. The position requires full project management oversight, including budget control, cost management, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads projects related to software, hardware, and system implementation.
• Manages vendor and contractor relationships to ensure service quality and value.
• Ensures projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and maintain high standards.
• Coordinates team resources, setting clear expectations and roles for project members.
• Participates in process improvements and technology optimization.
• Evaluates and recommends implementation strategies.
• Ensures seamless integration of business and technical functions.
• Communicates project plans, progress, and challenges to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or IT management.
• 10 years of experience in project management, delivering technology solutions in an industrial or operational setting.
• Proven success in developing and implementing new technology solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple large-scale projects.
• Ability to develop and optimize business processes through technology.
• Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• Expertise in recommending, designing, and deploying cost-effective technology solutions.
