Lead all internal audit functions reporting directly to the Audit Committee. Build and develop an internal audit team.
Define, oversee, and implement the internal audit function and framework. Key project focus includes operational, financial, and compliance risks. Develop all strategies to Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
