Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
High-growth oil & gas industry leader focused on exploration and production. We are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Lead the review and analysis of monthly oil and gas financial and operational results. Lead efforts reporting monthly financial data and reports to key Senior level management teams. High visibility providing key management data involving acquisitions and accounting including oil and gas property valuations, fixed asset management, and other oil and gas key accounting and reporting items. Key current projects include reviewing and managing monthly / quarterly reviews and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Manage technical accounting matters specific to ASC 932, and the accounting including overseeing acquisitions and divestitures. Oversee communication and accounting for M&A activity.

Requirements of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
US GAAP and knowledge of ASC 932 Successful Efforts Oil and Gas Accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
CPA preferred
5 years relevant work experience (Upstream O&G / public accounting), oil and gas industry experience required
