We are looking for a PROJECT EXECUTIVE to work on multiple distribution facility projects that range from $200MM each.
Based in Lexington, KY.

Duties involve facilitating meetings, tracking project actions, managing budgets, monitoring progress, addressing delays, ensuring contractual compliance, developing risk management strategies, and maintaining customer relations.
The Project Executive also plays a pivotal role in team development, mentoring, and fostering a cooperative work environment. Additionally, they hold administrative authority and are key contributors to project success through effective planning, execution, and leadership.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree, extensive experience in project management, proficiency in various contracting methods, financial acumen, leadership qualities, and strong interpersonal skills.
