Job Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our client's team and drive talent acquisition in the LNG space. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions, including technical, field, corporate, accounting, and operational roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oil & Gas (O&G) recruiting, a strong understanding of industry hiring needs, and the ability to manage multiple roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a wide range of roles, including engineering, operations, corporate, and field positions.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, LNG, or energy sectors.
- Technical recruiting experience is a major plus.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, corporate, and field positions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment best practices.
