Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service operations within our Property & Casualty insurance office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role will involve managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients, and driving continuous improvement in processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
