Responsibilities
Engaging with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Recording customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Promoting products or services to customers, upselling or cross-selling when appropriate, and assisting with customer loyalty programs.
Requirement

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
