Responsibilities

Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to assess additional requirements.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
