Position Overview: As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for enrolling customers into new wireless and energy services on behalf of their clients. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position does not involve point-of-sale transactions. Instead, you will engage with customers on the retail sales floor, provide information about available services, and assist with the enrollment process. This role offers the opportunity to earn bonuses based on the number of successful sign-ups, in addition to your hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Approach and engage with customers on the retail sales floor to inform them about wireless and energy service options.
- Service Explanation: Provide clear and accurate information about the features, benefits, and enrollment process for various services.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and submitted accurately.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding enrollment targets to earn performance-based bonuses.
- Customer Support: Address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding services and enrollment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer enrollment experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and inform customers.
- Personality: Friendly and approachable with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right services. Ability to handle inquiries and objections professionally.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of wireless and energy services is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
