Retail Sales & Marketing Associate – Entry-Level
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $48,000–$65,000 OTE (Base Commission)
Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends | 40–42 hrs/week

What You’ll Do:
- Drive product awareness through in-store promotions and brand messaging
- Engage with customers in high-traffic retail settings to educate and upsell
- Represent products with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Support visual merchandising and on-site marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams
- Help train new team members and contribute to team growth
- Stay informed on new products, features, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded with a customer-first approach
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments
- Available to work full-time (40–42 hrs/week), including weekends
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus (but not required)
- Previous retail, sales, or promotional experience is a bonus
