Junior Marketing Associate

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing and dynamic customer service and marketing firm in The Greater Pittsburgh Area, seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join their expanding team.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by leading the execution of in-person promotional events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Represent our client’s brand with professionalism during events and promotions.
• Develop creative strategies to connect with customers and promote brand loyalty.
• Provide product information, answer customer questions, and gather valuable feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to bring fresh ideas into the marketing approach.
