Responsibilities:
- Set sales appointments for customers to meet with the sales team on purchasing/leasing a vehicle
- Responding to inbound leads from customers who show interest in purchasing/leasing a vehicle
- Answer incoming sales calls from potential customers
- Provide information on various makes and models, both new and used/certified
- Communicate/keep in contact with customers via phone, email, and text message over the course of the sales process
- Co-ordinate with the sales team to ensure all customers are taken care of
- Work towards a team goal as well as personal goals
Job Requirements
- Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Knowledge in some aspects of vehicles (make, models, and options) is preferred
- A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a helpful Team Player
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly appearance and work station
- Basic computer literacy is preferred
Skills/Qualifications
- Comfortable talking to customers over phone, email, and text message
- General knowledge of vehicles (makes, models, and options) is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy is preferred
- Ability to learn new technology
- Ability to learn new sales techniques and procedures
