Sales Consultant

Applicant should have general knowledge of vehicle models and sales. Applicant must have a neat and clean appearance and excel in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Selling new and used vehicles to our customers using the Richardson business process
• Greet all customers entering the building and on the lot
• Provide information on various makes and models, both new and used, to customers
• Communicate/keep in contact with customers via phone, email, and text before and after the sale
• Assist with the delivery process by preparing paperwork and gathering documents from the customer (i.e. drivers license and insurance)
• Work towards a team goal as well as personal goals
• Assist with maintaining the lot/vehicles throughout the seasons

Job Requirements

• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in sales
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Knowledge in some aspects of vehicles (make, models, and options) is preferred
• A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a helpful Team Player
• Maintain a neat, clean and orderly appearance and work station
• Basic computer literacy is preferred
