Sawyer - Manufacturing Truss Plant 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Job Description

Richco Structures, in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking motivated candidates for their Truss Plant. What does the job entail?

• Operate computer automated saw and/or set up and operate manual saw to cut lumber in accordance with instructions.
• Assures proper lumber grade, size, quantity and quality.
• Inspects cut lumber for proper length, angle and grade per cutting list; make minor adjustments to maintain quality specificiations.

Requirement:

• Previous experience is helpful - but not required. We Train!
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per work shift. Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with excellent attendance record
  
  

We provide an outstanding benefit package which is effective the 1st of the month following hire date. Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off and Bonus program eligible. $1.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions.
