As a Production Worker, you will play a critical role in meeting production orders by operating processing equipment and performing various tasks associated with oat milling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate processing equipment as per the daily production schedule to meet production orders.
- Perform packaging and storage of granola based products to meet production orders.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment.
- Set up production equipment.
- Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Set up and replenish various ingredients.
- Conduct general housekeeping of production area and stocking supplies.
- Pull samples for micro testing.
- Observe Good Management Practices and required HAACP procedures.
- Operate warehouse management hand scanners.
Requirements:
- Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed, may include weekend and holiday shifts.
- Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
- Able to lift and stack 50 lbs repetitively.
- Able to bend, squat, walk and/or stand during entire shift.
- Candidate should possess basic computer and problem solving skills.
- Forklift experience is an asset, but not required, training will be provided.
