Responsibilities:
- Package and store granola based products to meet production orders.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment on a regular basis.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Set up and replenish various ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area and stock supplies as needed.
- Pull samples for micro testing.
- Ensure adherence to Good Management Practices and required HAACP procedures.
- Operate warehouse management hand scanners to track inventory and monitor production.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Able to stand, walk, and/or bend during entire shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Forklift certification is an asset, but not necessary as training will be provided.
