RESPONSIBILITIES:
Semolina & By-Product Sales Support Duties:
- Invoicing customers.
- Analyzing credit limits on customer accounts.
- Maintain customer relationships for customer accounts including order desk functions.
- Provide requested sales, volume and contract balances to our Sales Team.
- Facilitate and involve cross departmental resources to match customer needs.
- Familiarize yourself with the customer base of both food grade & by-products.
- Accounts receivable responsibilities.
- Maintain product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or Food Science or commensurate experience.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the food ingredient market.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting applications.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, take ownership and follow-through on commitments.
