Working with Richardson opens to door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an Plant Administrator at our Memphis, TN location. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this position is responsible for a broad array of functions.
Responsibilities :
Perform administrative, operational and general office duties
Support HR functions i.e. time keeping, recruitment, new hire orientation, system updates
Process accounts receivable / accounts payable
Support site safety program
Support multiple areas including our production, maintenance, and administrative areas
Assist with maintenance and production schedules
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Post-secondary / business administration certificate would be an asset
Minimum 3 year's previous experience
Microsoft applications and data entry
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to effectively present information
Ability to correspond with all levels of work groups
