As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the friendly face and professional presence that helps make our community a welcoming home for current and future residents. You'll work closely with the Community Director to support daily operations and ensure leasing success.

🔑 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting the Community Director in all aspects of property management

Greeting and assisting residents, prospects, and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism

Conducting apartment tours and handling all leasing-related activities

Managing office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and answering phones

Supporting marketing and leasing strategies to attract new residents

Ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate documentation
📋 What We're Looking For:

1 year of leasing experience preferred but not required-we're willing to train the right person!

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A friendly and approachable attitude with a passion for exceptional customer service

Proficiency with general office tasks and equipment
