What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Community Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and supervising on-site staff.
- Assisting with financial management, including budget compliance and reporting.
- Ensuring resident satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and engagement programs.
- Implementing effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Upholding company policies, operational standards, and compliance regulations.
- Serving as the acting Community Director in their absence.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior property management experience is required.
- OneSite software experience is a must.
- Experience in a Class A property is a PLUS!
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering a thriving community.
