Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in the clubhouse with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Monitor the clubhouse to ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed.
- Assist residents with clubhouse equipment and amenities to enhance their experience.
- Provide information and recommendations on local shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational activities.
- Respond to resident requests, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist with community activities and events held in the clubhouse.
- Secure and lock clubhouse doors at closing time.
- Perform office duties as needed, such as answering calls, faxing, filing, and organizing documents.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Community Director.
What We're Looking For:
✔ At least 2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality, retail, or service industry role.
✔ A neat and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
✔ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple resident requests efficiently.
✔ Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Basic computer skills, including knowledge of office software and programs.
✔ Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
✔ Ability to pass a criminal background check.
