In this role, you'll create high-quality videos that showcase our properties, events, and campaigns, making a significant impact on our brand's presence across digital platforms.
About the Role: As the In-House Videographer, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, events, and internal needs. You'll play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency and bringing fresh ideas to the table. This position requires frequent travel to our properties across central Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Film and edit socially forward video content that highlights our properties, events, and campaigns.
- Produce polished, professional-quality videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Work with the Marketing Director to brainstorm, storyboard, and plan creative video projects.
- Prepare for shoots by coordinating lighting, equipment, and production needs (gear will be provided).
- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Perform color correction, sound editing, and other enhancements for exceptional final products.
- Archive and organize footage efficiently for future use.
- Stay on top of trends in video production and social media to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Experiment with new creative approaches to maintain relevance in a fast-paced digital landscape.
- Operate and maintain all video equipment, ensuring it's always in excellent working condition.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and community teams to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and production.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques, lighting setups, and audio capture.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with marketing goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for storytelling.
- Understanding of various social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
