- Positioning for the Perfect Play – Determine the best size and placement of logos depending on the type of product being embroidered.
- Team Huddle – Communicate with fellow Digitizers, Graphic Designers, Customer Service, and Production teammates to ensure orders are accurate and game-ready.
- Design Strategy – Suggest color options and logo tweaks as needed to ensure the final product is a grand slam.
- Reviewing the Playbook – Double-check order details in the computer system, making sure spelling, sizes, and numbers are error-free.
- Mastering the Craft – Learn all aspects of headwear decoration and assist the Technical Design Manager in developing new techniques to keep our team ahead of the competition.
- Pre-Game Warmup – Test digitized designs on the embroidery machine for quality and efficiency, physically reviewing samples and making necessary adjustments before sending them to the big leagues.
- Coaching the Rookies – Help train new Digitizers or Production Leads on best practices to keep our lineup strong.
- Covering the Bases – Learn and serve as a backup for the Decoration team, handling ordering, reviewing, and receiving products as needed.
- Hitting It Out of the Park – Continuously improve existing designs for better speed and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Extra Innings – Be ready to take on additional duties as assigned to support the team’s success.

- Regular standing, walking, and sitting, with hands-on work using tools and equipment.
- Must have strong vision capabilities, including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
