What You’ll Do :

Recruitment and Onboarding :

  • Draft the Dream Team : Develop strategies to recruit top talent who share our passion for sports and excellence.
  • Welcome New Team Members : Oversee onboarding to ensure every new hire feels valued and ready to hit the ground running.
  • Employee Relations :

  • Be a Coach : Offer guidance, resolve challenges, and create a harmonious workplace where everyone feels like part of the team.
  • Foster Engagement : Design and execute initiatives that inspire connection and loyalty among our staff.

  • Requirements :

    The MVP We’re Looking For :

  • Education & Certification : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bonus points for HR certifications; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience : 5-7 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise : A deep understanding of employment laws, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
  • Skills : Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driven : A proactive, collaborative go-getter with a passion for making things happen.
