The MVP We’re Looking For :
Education & Certification : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bonus points for HR certifications; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.Experience : 5-7 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Expertise : A deep understanding of employment laws, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.Skills : Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Driven : A proactive, collaborative go-getter with a passion for making things happen.What’s in It for You?
