PT - Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Baltimore County/ Breezewick
Rate of Pay $23/hr.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
We are seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.
This position is:
Sat & Sun 8am-10pm
(Working with Women)
DSPs assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by:
Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships
Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals.

Eligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record. Some lift and transfer may be required.
Rate of pay *$23/hr.*
* Regular Base rate is $22/hr. There is an additional $1/hr. shift differential for weekend shifts. ($22 $1=$23/hr.)
** $500.00 Sign-On Bonus Pay Out Structure: $250 – First Day; $250 – after three months
(You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout)
