What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT- Weekend Direct Support Profession (DSP) - Carroll County/Hanover Pike position at Richcroft?
We are seeking a
Part- Time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities / outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
This position is : Saturday 8am – pm
Sunday 8am – pm
The schedule is subject to flexibility due to the needs of the individuals supported.
DSPs assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by :
Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships
Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals.

Eligible candidates must have a high school degree / GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record. Some lift and transfer may be required.

Rate of pay
Pay Out Structure : $ – First Day; $ – after three months
You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout, in good standing having completed all required onboarding training)
