Responsibilities

• Identify fraudulent docments
• Research and approve lease applications
• Communicate with prospective residents on lease qualifications
• Communicate with on-site personnel regarding lease procedures
• Prepare lease documents
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of loan procesing, banking, credit, and/or clerical/administrative experience required
• 2 years of customer service required
• Proven record of reliable attendance
• Bilingual strongly preferred
• Must be organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
