Responsibilities

- Research and approve lease applications
- Communicate with prospective residents on lease qualifications
- Communicate with on-site personnel regarding lease procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of loan procesing, banking, credit, and/or clerical/administrative experience required
- 2 years of customer service required
- Proven record of reliable attendance
- Bilingual a plus
