Role Overview
The Manager, Brand Communications is the curator of our brand positioning in the Americas. They work across regions to design and implement media strategies that meet or exceed company marketing objectives, and they lead content creation across all national and regional media channels targeted by the Americas marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a brand communication strategy to grow visibility, desirability and client activation in the market.
This position requires a passionate marketing & communications talent with a broad skill set in order to assist in the definition and implementation of the brand's vision, strategy and execution in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
Leads the Americas media strategy for digital, social, print and OOH channelsBuilds local powerful communication campaigns for product launches, boutique openings and other market initiativesMaximizes brand presence and share of voice on various channels and among right audiencesPlans, validates, executes and measures media strategic plans and in collaboration with the Media agency to boost brand awareness and engage targeted audiencesCreates, briefs and implements media campaigns through our media agency that drive brand awareness and customer engagement for A. Lange & Söhne AmericasLeverages PR editorial and media relations to develop integrated marketing strategiesLeads production of content creation for the Americas, consistent with global campaigns, market strategies and HQ guidelinesBuilds strategic paid and owned social media campaigns and coordinates content across platformsEnsures the bridge with PR manager to increase communications value to media spend ratioClosely collaborates with relevant HQ teams to ensure global brand consistency as well as market advocacy on owned media channelsAssist external retail partners to maximize brand visibility at Point of Sales and in the partner's media planning of shared media budgetsCoordinates Americas regional content on company global website and ensures that external partner websites follow brand guidelinesQualifications
3-5 years of experience as a media manager, brand marketing manager, advertising account executive or similar; PR / copywriting experience a plusBachelor's degree required, master's degree a plusExpertise in managing marketing campaigns, media planning, multimedia production and / or omnichannel marketing activationsAbility to manage third party art direction and graphic design to execute creative within the parameters of the brand's global corporate identityTrack record in successfully activating social media channelsDemonstrated excellence in presentation writingTechnical requirementsExpert knowledge of PowerPoint / Keynote, Excel and WordIn-depth knowledge, understanding and experience with all social media platforms with a focus on InstagramExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite is a plusPersonal SkillsTeamwork - believes in the power of collaboration and recognizes that our collective strength far exceeds individual capabilitiesRespect - honors and values each team member for their unique contributions, perspectives, and experiencesAgility - in the face of change, adapts and thrivesExcellence - holds themself to the highest standards, pushing the boundaries of what's possibleThis is a full-time position in a hybrid office environmentUp to 25% travel
