You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.
Digital Operations Support Intern
YOUR MISSION
- Contribute to project delivery of our digital tools Assist with task assignment and delivery Assist in product roadmap maintenance and communication with ops team
- Contribute to the creation of processes documentation Update and maintain Systems Support Knowledgebase Categorize, prioritize and coordinate “Opportunity matrix” for our aftersales process flows
- Assist in Systems troubleshooting needs and incident management Create a backlog of feature enhancements for digital project delivery
- Learn about Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other Digital Product best practices.

Interns must be available onsite five days a week at our Dallas Fort Worth locations, for the duration of the entire program.
This is a paid internship.
Internship Pay : $
