and the realization of the objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan (5-Year Plan).The Communications Manager, Regional SDP and VM Manager and CX & E-Business Manager will report to the position holder.The Marketing & Communications Director is a member of the Southeast Asia and Oceania Management Committee.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Definite and refine the SEA / AUS regional marketing and communication strategy by interpreting and adapting the global strategic guidelines to account for regional specificities.Create and present a strategic marketing plan each fiscal year, based on research, market data and analysis, competitor analysis.Challenge the team and brand partners to think outside the box and evolve the strategy.Continue measurably to elevate the brand image and driving the sales through comprehensive marketing and communication programs.Budgeting : manage and respect the annual budget. Use careful planning and analysis to maximize budget deployment and ROI.Client Marketing and CRMDevelop the regional client management strategy for the brand in line with APAC and international guidelines and recommended actionsDefinite the annual calendar of CRM and e-CRM activitiesIdentify and develop strategic Affinity Partnerships in line with brand image and strategyManage the Southeast Asia regional chapter of the brand’s owner clubPresent creative and innovation action plans to meet and exceed the CRM KPIsWork closely with the regional and international teams to communicate on local needs, adapt programsAlign the CRM goals with the Retail and Sales goals to optimize sales and service results, measure retail productivity such as traffic and conversion rate, event ROI etcFollow through with Retail of clients’ needs during retail events, local or internationalDevelop the regional database of clients across SEA / AUS.Work closely with Retail to develop a qualified customer database including VICsConstantly draw in new customers by creating action plans and leveraging on events and CRMVisual Merchandising, and Store Design PlanningManaging the VM and SDP regional manager and insure successful execution / deployment of VM strategy, and SDP projects.Identify & partner with local artists for VM artistic collaborationsManage the yearly VM orderManage the CAPEX budgetWork with HQ and APAC VM and Architectural teamsCommunicationThe role is responsible for building a comprehensive, strategic media, PR and events plan to elevate brand awareness, achieve brand goals and drive sales.MediaBuild a creative, highly competitive media plan that leverage brand assets vs the competitionUnderstand the landscape and choose relevant media channels to maximize brand objectives, reach clients and drive salesChallenge agency partners to analyse, deliver results and ROIProactively feedback to HQ brand partners on regional needs, challenges and opportunities. Pursue measurable improvements through challenging partnership.EventsDevelop and deploy ROI driven events at retail and wholesaleExecute global events strategies while adapting and tailoring to country and market needs and specificitiesMeasure ROI and derive learning to be shared across marketsPress Relations and Social MediaAcross all SEA / AUS, devise strategies to amplify publicity and gain qualitative brand and product coverage.Adopt a strategic, competitive, regionalized approach to PR and social mediaCreate and implement a social media strategy to speak to existing customers and attract new onesBy always optimizing client journey experience, digital and remote channels are under Marketing & Communication scope.Lead by the CRM manager, lead CRC and insure performing collaboration with all departments.ABOUT YOU : 10 yrs experience in leadership rolesInternational experienceYou have experience in achieving business objectives through marketing and communication and strong interest in the Luxury marketPrior experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageousStrong organization and time management skillsStrong understanding of matrixed business operations, market dynamics and client requirements of the industryExcellent interpersonal skills at all levels, spanning people management, networking and leadership skillsSelf-motivated, Independent and result orientedYou speak English, and proficiency in additional languages such as French or Mandarin is advantageous as this role will involve communication with HQ team and Mandarin speaking clientsYou will enjoy this new adventure THANKS TO : Our teams.
