Product & Trade Compliance Intern

Role Overview
The Product & Trade Compliance Internship at Richemont focuses on mitigating legal and reputational risks related to product market access. The intern will contribute to creating due diligence guidelines, updating export control policies (initially for the USA, with potential expansion to Mexico and Brazil), and improving existing compliance processes. This role ensures Richemont maintains regulatory compliance and responsible business practices throughout its product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review and update export control policy and process to meet current USA standards (with eventual extension to Mexico or Brazil)
- Contribute to create a due diligence guideline related to various trade-oriented topics
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing policies
- Efficient communication with specific partners to deliver the exact message and ensure continuity
