YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

Service & Operations Optimization Internship

YOUR MISSION

• Contribute to the creation of standards / processes documentation : Explore the different options available ( software…etc) Define templates to be used Validate flows Train the teams on the new template / flows Transition any existing documentation to the new system
• Help advance on continuous improvement projects
• Assist in coordinating, organizing, documenting and tracking projects road maps and actions plans
