You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

Workforce Management (WFM) & Insights Intern
YOUR MISSION
- Learn about the pillars of workforce management and their role in promoting operational excellence
- Contribute to building scalable dashboards and advanced reports to measure WFM-related metrics
- Develop and refine forecast models to predict workforce needs, using statistical techniques and predictive analytics
- Assist with developing capacity plans to align staffing levels with business requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that address key business challenges
