What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime cleaning West Boothbay position at Richen Management?
Richen Management is looking to fill a part- time janitorial position in Boothbay Harbor. This location is cleaned 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm for the State of Maine. Some holidays may affect the schedule.
This location requires a clearance process before being hired.
Pay rate if flexible depending on experience and proven reliability.
Duties include office cleaning, public space, dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, vacuuming floors and other related janitorial tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation practices
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient cleaning schedules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety procedures and use of cleaning chemicals
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects as needed
- Reliable
