Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Special Project Senior Manager at Richer Agencia Aduanal (3PL, Customs Broker) in Laredo, TX. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage the team, streamline processes, and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Analytics experience is requiered, with high experience in Excel, Power BI and other data softwares
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field is a plus plus
