What our Senior Tax Associates Do:
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities
- Prepare quarterly and year-end estimates to assist clients with tax planning
- Perform diversified accounting, auditing, and tax assignments under the direction of a manager or partner
- Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
- Know, understand and abide by the firm’s policies and procedures
- Meet time constraints and client deadlines
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to assist staff associates
- Guide tax staff and interns through completion of projects, training when necessary

Qualifications:
- Attained a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Two or three years related experience and/or training
- Financial Services experience highly preferred
- CPA license, licensed attorney, or working toward CPA licensure
- Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review associates working on engagements

Employees are eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus on top of base salary. The base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $94,000 per year.
