- HVAC certification required
- 3 years of Multi Family HVAC experience required
Large multi-family property located in SW Houston. This unique position is not a lead maintenance position but rather an HVAC /Refrigeration tech position. Duties include running HVAC and refrigeration tickets, install A/C units as needed. Experience with R-22 and 410-A required. Great customer service and ability to work as a team and independently. Fast paced environment.
