Job Description
The Coffee House Supervisor provides support and leadership to the Coffee House locations on the main campus and TCCI campus. The supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the Coffee House locations. The Coffee House Supervisor provides direct leadership, for both Coffee House locations.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial food service setting. 1 year of supervisory experience. Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification required or obtained within 2 months of hire. Valid US Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
Richland Culinary Arts Institute current student or graduate preferred. Prior Barista experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Must be able to receive, process, and provide visual and verbal information.
Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations.
Provide timely response to externally/internally imposed conditions and deadlines.
Respond to concurrent, multiple, non-related issues.
Work is routinely performed in kitchen environment. Subject to standing for an extended period of time. Also subject to walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling, using hands and fingers, stooping and occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 30 lbs over a distance of 200 feet.
