PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Manager of Finance provides leadership and supervision for all fiscal services under the general direction of the Human Resources and Finance Director. This role oversees general accounting functions, purchasing, payroll, billing/receivables, financial planning, budgeting, billing, and contracts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position will also serve as a direct liaison to external auditors, including Medicaid, State of Ohio Auditors, local County Auditor, County Treasurer, and CPA firms for ICF/IID cost reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidate with have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in the public sector. Two years of supervisory experience preferred. A combination of education or experience will be considered. Ability to obtain Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities Business Manager Certification.
