What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Cleaner position at Richland County Transit?

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cleans interior and exterior of ALL Richland County Transit buses and other vehicles as assigned.
- Maintains, organizes, and cleans garage area. This includes:
Office, restrooms, floors, trash cans.
- Travels to and cleans interior and exterior areas of Stanton Transit Center this includes:
Windows, Sidewalks, Bathrooms, Breakroom,
- Grounds keeper as needed, This includes:
Cuts grass, minor landscape, shovels, salts sidewalks and driveways, picks up, and remove trash, etc.
- Drives to, cleans and maintains transit shelters.
- Reports damaged, and/or repairs needed to Assistant General Manager.
- Pickups and runs other errands for garage.
- Assists mechanics as directed. Use of tools not required.
- Keeps track of cleaning supplies and advises Assistant General Manager as necessary to keep required items in stock.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Subject to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
- Must be able to work alone and without direct supervision.
- Working Hours are 12 PM - 7 PM
- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
