The position of Administrator requires an individual who is dependable, self-sufficient and can easily multi-task. Qualified Administrator candidates will direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations while ensuring quality care is delivered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the facility. The Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services, understanding, and meeting financial guidelines for the home's operations, and promoting the facility's stature in the community at large. The Administrator will report to work ready for routine duties and emergencies and may include on-call duty up to 24 hours unless other qualified personnel are available and pre-assignment is made.
Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Current Missouri Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
- Minimum five years of experience in healthcare in a senior management capacity.
