About iThrive
The iThrive Center is a new and innovative program within the Richland School District that blends education and therapy to support our youngest learners (4K–4th grade) with the highest behavioral needs. With a focus on healing, growth, and learning, iThrive is designed to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where students receive individualized instruction and therapeutic support. The program will launch with approximately 4 students and is expected to expand to serve up to 15 students. The ideal candidate will bring a growth mindset, strong leadership, and a commitment to supporting students with complex needs.

- Collaborate with teachers, aides, therapists, and school administrators to integrate behavioral strategies into daily routines.
- Provide coaching, modeling, and support to staff working directly with students, including training on ABA principles and best practices.
- Collect and analyze student data to drive ongoing decision-making and ensure interventions are effective.
- Conduct regular observations and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary planning, and family consultations to support holistic student growth.
- Help shape and refine program structures, systems, and routines as iThrive grows to full capacity.
