Sales Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting products, provide recommendations, and offer assistance.
- Utilize retail math skills to handle transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock levels by monitoring inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
- Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer service problems with deliveries.
-Answer phone and conduct telephone sales as necessary.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
- Keep showroom clean and organized
- Assist in opening and/or closing the store as required.
-Recommend and quote prices on tires, wheels, suspension kits and accessories.

- Manage Inventories.
- Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
