Sandblaster

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mobile Sandblasting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sandblasting. Be a team player, empower Optimism, have a passon for excellence and be a problem solver.

Duties
- Prepare materials by cleaning and masking surfaces for sandblasting or engraving.
- Set up and calibrate tools and sandblasting machines according
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the sandblasted product meets client standards.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear when operating machinery.
- Collaborate with with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction .
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Record and report any defects or issues with equipment or materials.
Skills
- Proven experience in sandblasting, or related fields.

- Ability to operate sandblasting equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and precision

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Physical ability to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures in handling machinery and working with abrasive materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in sandblasting.
- Experience working in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of material properties and how they respond to sandblasting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
