Join our growing team as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Richman Property Services, Inc., in Bayville, NJ!

Location : Bayville Housing , our 96-unit residential community located in Bayville, NJ 08721

Summary :

Responsible for providing our residents with the information and resources necessary to have a meaningful living experience. The Administrative Assistant is to be a welcoming and courteous representative of the property.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff
  • Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications
  • Lease document review for compliance
  • Preparing tenant responses and property notices
  • Preparing legal notices
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Filing

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and / or property management required
  • Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
  • Customer service and detail oriented
  • Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Education : High School diploma, G.E.D., and some college preferred

    Experience :   Two years’ experience in apartment industry preferred

    Skills & Certifications :

  • Residential Property Management experience preferred
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize
  • Exceptional resident relations skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, detailed and thorough
  • Computer literate – proficient in MS Office]
  • Leadership skills
