Summary :
Responsible for providing our residents with the information and resources necessary to have a meaningful living experience. The Administrative Assistant is to be a welcoming and courteous representative of the property.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff
- Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications
- Lease document review for compliance
- Preparing tenant responses and property notices
- Preparing legal notices
- Special projects as assigned
- Filing
Qualifications :
Education : High School diploma, G.E.D., and some college preferred
Experience : Two years’ experience in apartment industry preferred
